Once we have all the information of the event and your contact details, you will receive a list of available caddies to request from and access to our roster photos.

Once booked, your caddy will have your contact information and call time. They will contact you direction, then meet you at the bag drop 15-30 minutes prior to tee time.

Because TCG contracts caddies directly to you, your caddy will collect payment from you once your round is finished.

Acceptable forms of payment are Venmo, Paypal, Cashapp, Zelle, Check or Apple pay, but it is up to the contractor their preferred payment method.

Your booking fee charges will show up as TCG on your CC.

Booking and agency fees per caddy or model are nonrefundable and will be charged when booking is finalized.

Once booked and your caddies confirmed, you can only receive a full refund of these fees in the event the course closes due to severe weather.

If you cancel within 72 hours of the event we will only charge 50% of the total fee.

If you cancel within 24 hours of the event we will charge the full amount (min of. $189 per caddy) as we still have to pay our contractors for being scheduled and contracted the day of the round.

We do our best to send Caddies that are requested however this is never a guarantee. In rare cases, schedule changes do happen due to emergencies.

Yes, you can request your caddie. Once we have your booking details and contact info, we will send a list of available caddy contractors with their photos, rate and experience level.

The earlier you book the more caddies there are to request from.

This all depends on the golf course. If you have a full foursome, most courses will require an additional cart. The caddie can sometimes ride as a third in a cart or on the back of the cart.

You should expect to pay for an additional cart directly to the golf course. Cost can range $10-$30 on average.

Please do not put caddies in a cart alone without golfers, this is very unproductive.

Our caddies have worked at hundreds of courses all over the USA, from East coast to West coast.

We have preferred courses we recommend that are caddie friendly and open to TCG.

If the course or tournament allows walking, caddies walk and carry bags.

Most courses focus on volume and do not allow walking so we forecaddie— carrying your clubs to and from you, keeping an eye on your ball, cleaning your clubs, driving carts, fixing divots, reading putts, tending the pin, or finding the beer cart lady for you.

We have an array of staff ranging from models that have light fore caddying experience to 6 handicap golfers on our team that are certified, bag carrying caddies for tournaments.

We will tailor to your event or outing.

The caddies keep it clean and professional and follow country club dress codes.

For non-caddying events, attire is dependent on the type of event.
